Official giveaway rules
One short page, no lawyer-speak — the same rules apply to every draw.
- Who runs this. Draws are organized by Sanctum Elysium. The only official channels are this page, the X account @LOAM_token and the Ideas page. Nobody will ever DM you first, ask for funds, or ask for a seed phrase.
- Free to enter — no purchase necessary. Entering never requires buying $LOAM or anything else. Each draw's entry conditions (e.g. follow, repost, comment) are announced in that draw's X post and cost nothing. One entry per person / X account per draw.
- Eligibility. Open to anyone of legal age in their place of residence, wherever this kind of giveaway is lawful. Only the founder cannot enter — everyone else is welcome.
- How the winner is picked. By pure random chance, live on this page: every qualified participant gets one island, Apophis falls where the seeded random generator sends it, and the nearest island wins. The seed is published with the result, so anyone can replay the exact draw and verify it. Every qualified entry has the same odds — they depend only on the number of qualified participants.
- The prize. Announced per draw in its X post (e.g. SOL or $LOAM). Crypto prizes are sent as-is — their value moves with the market and can go to zero; $LOAM is a meme coin, not a security. No cash alternative. You need your own self-custody Solana wallet to receive it.
- Results & payment. The winner is announced publicly on X and paid to the wallet they provide — target: the same day, with public proof. If a winner doesn't come forward within 7 days, the draw may be re-run among the remaining qualified participants.
- Privacy. Only public X handles are used and displayed — nothing else is collected, ever. Ask, and your handle is removed.
- The boring-but-honest part. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by X Corp. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility. A draw's terms may be corrected, or a draw cancelled, up to its entry deadline (announced on X) — never after entries close.
